The Village of Roberts offers excellent recreational opportunities for families at the Village Park. The Park includes a playground area, baseball fields, a four season park building with tables, chairs, dishes and utensils which can be rented for special events. Additionally the pavilion can be rented as well. The Roberts Lions Club hosts Good Neighbor Days the first weekend in June each year in the Village Park.

Resident $175.00
Non-Resident $225.00
Dance Inspector $ 25.00 (2 hours)
Deposit $50.00 *

Park Building and Serving Area Rental Fees:

Resident $215.00
Non-Resident $265.00
Dance Inspector $ 25.00 (2 hours)
Deposit $ 50.00 *

Park Pavilions

The Village of Roberts has two (2) pavilions available to reserve:

The Large Pavilion has six tables with a serving area available to reserve and rent.
The Small Pavilion has three tables.

Both pavilions have electrical service available upon request.

RENTAL FEES

There is no fee to reserve the pavilions.

There is a fee to rent the large pavilion with serving area as follows:

Rental Fee - $50.00
Deposit - $20.00

* Deposits are due on date rental agreement is signed.
This deposit will be held and returned to renter if:
1) Cancellation made within 14 days of scheduled rental -or-
2) Keys are returned the following business day -and-
3) Rental area is left in condition it was in prior to rental

Serving Area:

ALL dishes, utensils, etc… are property of the Village of Roberts in conjunction with the St. Croix County Dept. of Aging and may be used, but cleaned and returned to original location. PLEASE bring any/all items you may need when renting the Serving Area. Food should not be prepared in this area as it is a serving area only!
