The Special Village Board meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.

The meeting was properly noticed and posted in three locations in the Village of Roberts.

Present:  Chuck Pizzi, Terry Dull, Rand Waughtal, Willard Moeri, Katy Kapaun, Scott Gerhardt and Nathan Stork.

·         Sidetrack Saloon Liquor License Extension – April 3, 2010

Nate Stork is looking to block off the east side of Vine Street and have a Bean Bag Tournament for the upcoming Benefit Dart Tournament on Saturday.  There will not be a bar set up outside.  The main purpose is so that drinks can be consumed outside during the tournament

Motion to approve the Liquor License Extension for Sidetrack Saloon on April 3, 2010 by Pizzi, seconded by Gerhardt.  Stork – Abstained.  Motion carried.

·         Review Applications for Office Assistant

The board reviewed 82 applications.  The top six to interview were chosen with a ranking for applications given to the next nine candidates.  Interviews will be set up for April 14, 2010 starting at 6:30 PM in 15 minute intervals.

Motion to adjourn at 7:45 PM by Kapaun, seconded by Gerhardt.  Motion carried.
