The school system serves Roberts with K-12 public education.

New schools have recently been completed for middle and high school students as well as upgrades to the elementary facilities. The district serves 800 students.

Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College has several locations in Western Wisconsin the nearest being in New Richmond. The college offers a variety of degree programs, continuing education programs, and customized training for business and industry.

The University of Wisconsin River Falls

UWRF offers undergraduate degrees in liberal arts and sciences, teacher education, agriculture, computer science and business administration. The University has a broad academic program offering numerous majors, minors and pre-professional programs. Several graduate level degrees are offered in the area of education. Outreach programs include credit and non-credit outreach courses, distance education opportunities and a field study site, Pigeon Lake Field Station.
